1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "you," or "your") and eeelj.cam ("eeelj," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the eeelj online casino platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, software, services, and content (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise engaging with the Platform, you expressly agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines.

You represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the eeelj Platform complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. eeelj does not accept registrations or wagers from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. If you access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To use the Services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure its accuracy. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with eeelj. The creation of multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false identities is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. eeelj reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, confiscate funds, void wagers, and pursue any legal remedies available. If you have forgotten your account credentials, contact our customer support team rather than creating a new account.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify eeelj of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. eeelj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods

eeelj accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and cryptocurrency wallets. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. eeelj reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods and transaction limits at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our standard procedures and timelines. Most withdrawals via GCash and Maya are processed within thirty (30) minutes, while bank transfers may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals typically process within one (1) to four (4) hours depending on blockchain confirmation times. eeelj reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.3 Verification and Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our commitment to preventing money laundering, fraud, and underage gambling, eeelj implements strict KYC procedures. You may be required to submit identification documents, address verification, and payment method verification before your account is fully activated or before withdrawal requests are processed. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.4 Transaction Fees

eeelj does not charge deposit fees. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the payment method selected and the withdrawal amount. Current fee structures are available in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time at eeelj's sole discretion.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

eeelj maintains strict anti-money laundering policies in full compliance with Philippine law. Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests will be processed. eeelj reserves the right to investigate suspicious transaction patterns and report any potentially illegal activity to relevant authorities. Accounts involved in money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately terminated and all funds will be frozen pending investigation.

4. Wagering, Betting Rules, and Game Play

4.1 Wager Acceptance

All wagers placed on the eeelj Platform are subject to acceptance by eeelj. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors, or violations of betting limits. Once a wager is accepted and confirmed, it becomes binding and cannot be cancelled, modified, or revoked except in cases of obvious technical error as determined by eeelj in its sole discretion.

4.2 Game Rules and Outcomes

All games offered on the eeelj Platform are governed by their respective rules, which are available within each game interface. Users are responsible for understanding game rules before placing wagers. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical gameplay conducted by trained dealers. eeelj does not control, manipulate, or predict game outcomes. All RNGs are regularly tested and certified by independent testing agencies including iTech Labs and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI).

4.3 Betting Limits

eeelj establishes minimum and maximum betting limits for each game and betting market. Users who consistently reach maximum betting limits may be subject to enhanced account review.

4.4 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are provided at the time of promotion and must be read and understood before accepting any bonus. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus hunting across multiple accounts or coordinated play, will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account termination.

4.5 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of technical malfunctions, system errors, or communication failures that affect game outcomes or wager placement, eeelj reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. eeelj is not liable for any loss of potential winnings due to technical errors beyond our reasonable control. All technical errors must be reported to customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of occurrence for investigation.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

5.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

eeelj is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing a safe gaming environment for all users. We encourage users to gamble responsibly, within their means, and for entertainment purposes only. Gambling should never be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. 5.2 Self-Exclusion Tools

Users may request self-exclusion from the eeelj Platform for a specified period ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted through customer support and will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account, deposit funds, or place wagers. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

5.3 Deposit Limits and Reality Checks

Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, deposit limits can be decreased immediately but increases require a cooling-off period of seven (7) days. Reality check features remind users of time spent on the Platform and encourage regular breaks. 6. Prohibited Activities and User Conduct

Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the eeelj Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Creating multiple accounts or using false identities
• Colluding with other users or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place wagers or manipulate outcomes
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Platform
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activities
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through coordinated play or exploitation
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that you are not authorized to use
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other users or staff
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any Platform software
• Using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. eeelj reserves the right to report illegal activities to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the eeelj Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game interfaces, is the property of eeelj or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, EEELJ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF EEELJ HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EEELJ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties.

10. Amendments to Terms

eeelj reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through email notification or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. If you do not agree with any modification, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

11. Account Termination

eeelj reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, creation of multiple accounts, or failure to provide required verification documents. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and any outstanding balances may be forfeited if the termination is due to your breach of these Terms. You may also request account closure at any time by contacting customer support, subject to settlement of all outstanding obligations.
